My Story
HER BACKGROUND
Dr. La’Vel F. Hardy was born in Chicago, Illinois. She is an inspirational leader, visionary, motivational speaker, counselor, and teacher, who leads with wisdom and grace.
Dr. La’Vel F. Hardy has undertaken several major projects, including overseeing the construction of a multi-million church and multi-purpose building. She is the President and CEO of I Love Me On Purpose Foundation.
She teaches on several topics with a focus on people knowing their worth and value. Her candid communication style allows her to share openly and be transparent about her experiences, so others can apply what she has learned to their lives. Dr. Hardy so eloquently says “everyone is worth every breath they breathe”.
Dr. Hardy worked as a social Worker with Department of Human Services, Director of Education at various schools and a Chicago Public School and Private Elementary School Teacher. Little did she know these assignments were merely preparation for a divine purpose in life.

She has acquired many certificates. She served as Executive Director of All Nations Developmental Center ,President of All Nations Institute for Learning, and Member of the Executive Board of E. C. Reems Women’s International Ministry.
DR. LAVEL'S FAMILY
Dr. Hardy has a personal commitment to family and enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Rexsell Hardy Sr.; their children Jasmine, Rexsell Jr. and his wife, Tiffany; and grandchildren – Rexsell III and Reign. Dr. Hardy credits her parents and grandmother as the source of her perseverance and sense of self-reliance.
Through her life’s experiences and teachings, Dr. Hardy has been afforded many opportunities to inspire individuals in a practical way, her mandated mission to help transform lives and restore the hurting back to wholeness. She aims to bring healing to individuals and communities.
Dr. Hardy continues to empower, encourage, and enlighten youth, men & women to love themselves unconditionally.
